Ohio Classic Lotto
Classic Lotto is the state’s lottery game which follows a traditional 6-of-49 type of play and it was introduced in 2007 to replace a previous game called Lot O’Play.
There are four ways in which you could win a prize and the jackpot starts at $1 million. You can win the grand prize by matching all six winning numbers. The jackpot will rollover until it is won and it is not capped.
Participants can also add the KICKER feature for an extra $1, giving them the chance to increase their winnings with amounts between $10 and $100,000.
Drawings take place on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings at approximately 7:05 PM, with ticket sales closing at 7:00 PM.

How to Play Classic Lotto
Classic Lotto is a…classic game to play! You only need to choose six numbers between 1 and 49. Alternatively, you can ask for an “Auto Pick” ticket, meaning your numbers will be randomly generated by the lottery terminal.
In order to enter you need to pay $1 per play and each ticket has five play areas and five “Auto Pick” areas. If you want, you can enter the same set of numbers for up to 10 consecutive draws.
Ohio Kicker
When playing Classic Lotto, you can also go for the KICKER option for another chance to win. Adding this feature will cost you an extra $1 and it can bring you prizes up to $100,000.
In order to enter, you need to mark the KICKER box on your Classic Lotto ticket. You can also ask the lottery clerk to add it for you.
After the main Classic Lotto draw takes place, a KICKER draw is held and a six-digit number is randomly generated. This will be printed on your ticket. In order to win, you need to match the digits that make up the KICKER number in the exact order, from left to right.
There are five prize categories and the amount you can win depends on how many digits you manage to match.
