Ohio Lucky For Life
Lucky for Life is an annuity-style lottery and it offers prizes which are not paid out as a one-off jackpot but over the course of your life instead. The game was first introduced in Ohio in November 2015 and since then several participants have won the top prize.
Besides the annuity payments in the first two categories, there are eight other tiers which offer cash prizes up to $5,000.
Lucky for Life draws are held every evening, seven days a week, at approximately 10:35 PM.

Want a chance to become lucky for life? Learn how to play this popular game by following the steps below.
Pick five numbers from 1 to 48, as well as one Lucky Ball number between 1 and 18. The Lucky Ball number is drawn from a separate pool of numbers.
In case you don’t know which numbers you should pick, you can ask the lottery clerk for an “Auto Pick” ticket. You can use “Auto Pick” for the main five numbers, for the Lucky Ball, or even for both of them.
One entry costs $2 and there are five play areas on each ticket. You are also able to enter up to 10 consecutive draws if you want to play the same set of numbers in the upcoming draws.
LUCKY FOR LIFE PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
With Lucky for Life, the first two categories offer prizes which are usually paid out as annuity, although there is a cash option too. When matching all five main numbers plus the Lucky Ball, you will get $1,000 every day for life or $5.75 million if you go for the cash option. For matching just five main numbers, you will receive $25,000 a year for life or $390,000.
